The E-P2 boasts an enviable pedigree. It comes hot on the heels of Olympus’ award-winning first Micro Four Thirds System camera inspired by the revolutionary Maitani design of the original PEN series.
Supplementing the hot shoe, a dedicated accessory port extends flexibility. The first two compatible devices are an electronic viewfinder and an external microphone adapter. With the electronic viewfinder you could enjoy bright, high-contrast depictions under all conditions and a 100% field of view. Tiltable up to 90°, it not only is reminiscent of medium format camera viewfinders but also provides additional framing opportunities to promote shooting from unique perspectives. With the external microphone adapter you could use an external microphone direct at the source of sound to improve sound quality in HD movies.
