We now have introduced a new stock availability system on our site, which I am sure, you will find incredibly easy to understand. The 'Traffic Light stock System' on our site indicates what items we generally are able to source for you immediately. With having over 7000 products we carry a huge range of lines in our Bolton warehouse facility and also pool together stock lines from our suppliers, some of which we use to ship directly to yourself if we are out of stock. As items are being sold continuously we are not able to give you an accurate stock indication. This system is to be used as a general guide as what we can source for you as some of our suppliers do not provide stock holding analysis.
If you order an item which is out of stock for a lengthy period then we will endeavour to contact you regarding your order by email or phone within 24 hours or the next working day to inform you of the likely timescales. -

Low Stock indicates that we are really low in stock in our own Warehouse. We coudl actually have none left but we indicate Low Stock as we can normally get this item from our UK Supliers. Next day delivery is not available on this item. If you select Express Delivery we will ship the item on this method when available if out of stock.

Back In Stock Soon indicates that we expect to have this item back in stock soon and we currently have no stock. You still can order OUT OF STOCK items and you will be put in a Queue system accordingly. Goods will be despatched the day we get the goods.
NOTE: Find the product you require and if it is displaying as "Out of Stock" or "Back in Stock Soon" then you now have the option to leave your email address in the box provided. We will then email as soon as the product is back in stock!!
These items are brand new launched items by the supplier and you hav ethe option to PRE-ORDER prior to release. All preorder items will have a date as to when the item is available. This is only a guide date as suppliers may bring forward or push back release dates depending on the international market. Most manufacturers generally keep quite good timescales.
