For piece of mind we now have introduced an Offical Approved Repairers warranty for every camera and camcorder we sell now to a minimum FREE 2 year warranty upgrade both PARTS & LABOUR. Purchase one of our Digital Camera or Digital Camcorder BUNDLE PACKS and we now extend your warranty to 3 YEARS in total.
A lot of our competeitors offer extended warranty but when you read the small print they only cover you for Parts and not LABOUR costs. Labour costs are the most expensive part of the repair as electronic products are intricate and quite complicated to take apart and put back together. The Approved Repairers warranty covered gives you that additional piece of mind. It covers you for both Parts and Labour and the repair is done by an APPROVED UK REPAIR CENTRE (not in some dodgy back street warehouse like most of our competitors). This way you can be sure the repair is done professionally and to the manufacturers high standards.
About the 2 year warranty:
- If your camera develops a fault within the first 30 days, then simply return it to us for a replacement. We will also refund your return delivery costs.
- If your camera develops a fault within the first year, then you need to return it the relevant manufacturer as they cover the first year of the warranty.
- If your camera develops a fault after a year and within two years, then simply return it to us and we'll get it repaired at an authorised repair centre (at our own expense) and then return it to you, normally within 10-21 working days. Please note for customers within the EU (outside the UK) it will be your responsibility to pay for shipping costs in sending the camera back to us.
About the Extended 3 year warranty (only available when you buy a BUNDLE PACK:

The warranty may become void if the equipment has been impacted, dropped, affected by liquids, sand or moisture, tampered with or affected by chemical/battery corrosion or leakage. In rare cases where the item is uneconomical to repair the manufacturer may replace the item or if discontinued replace with the nearest model.
